mark@directlinemarketing.com Mark started Direct Line Marketing in 1998 in his home with no customers and little money, but a solid foundation in the direct marketing business. With over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, printing, and direct mail, Mark leads the DLM team in its daily operations and long-term vision. 
Mark Evans Marketing Director evans@directlinemarketing.com “The other Mark” as many of our customers often refer to him, handles special projects, market research and sales for our turn-key direct mail programs. Mark is fluent in all areas of operation at Direct Line Marketing. 
Ron Gilmore Production Manager ron@directlinemarketing.com Ron is in charge of the “dirty work” at Direct Line Marketing. Ron coordinates production of all direct mail jobs, quality control, logistics and delivery.
Brandy Frentzel Production Assistant Brandy is Ron’s primary assistant on the production floor. Brandy’s strong work ethic and great sense of humor make it a pleasure to have her as part of the DLM team. 
Michelle Leuckel Customer Service Representative michelle@directlinemarketing.com With over 15 years of customer service and sales experience, Michelle handles sales calls, customer service issues, and office management duties. Michelle will be your initial point of contact with DLM. 
Cody Cardwell Jr. Production Assistant Cody is a full time college student who assists Ron and Brandy when he’s not in class studying to be an athletic trainer.
